Chris Uno has been handling all of my dental office computerization, both software and hardware issues for the last five years, he has helped me sort out previously unsolvable computer problems my vendor couldn’t solve when we initially got it about five years ago and he has done my entire new and state of the art new network three years later. He helped me properly upgrade our system by finding the proper file server and work stations, hubs etc. without over spending. We were able to get exactly what we needed for our specific software needs. He has done and still does an exceptional job.

I have a very complex network of 21 computers that has advance digital imaging, practice management software, internet hub and firewall functions. Chris has enabled me the capability to backup my precious data to an off site data storage facility every evening when we are not open keeping it safe in case the office becomes destroyed or damaged. My dental practice is near paperless and uses both digital x-rays and digital photography over a network. We are about to add voice activated software and know this will be done will minimal to no glitches. I use one of the most popular programs in all of dentistry and before Chris’s help my computer system was nothing less than a nightmare of problems which created a huge amount of stress and barriers to production.

Chris Uno, on the other hand, professionally dove into our computer problems, both hardware and software and put sanity into a system. Instead of telling me all the reasons he couldn’t get things operating properly he just fixed it and then explained to me the cause either hardware or software. Additionally, he makes the appropriate vendor take responsibility for their mishaps and gets their products working the way they were intended to. He has followed up with vendors and made them honor their warranties replacing hardware as needed and all I have ever had to do with this is just say thank you.

Chris Uno has been our network administrator since 2004. We have 8 locations and 2 ambulatory surgery centers. Chris facilitated a seamless migration from one software system to another, which included evaluation and recommendations for our workstations and servers. Chris also facilitated the set up of our NET VPN and has continued to run interference with our phone provider to keep the network operational.
